    We’ve developed a very short and easy-to-follow guide that will help you select the appropriate calorie intake based on your goals, whether it’s weight loss or maintaining balance.

    The menu includes vegetarian dishes as well as a substitution list that allows you to replace animal-based foods with plant-based alternatives. Additionally, we’re preparing a separate book of vegan and vegetarian recipes, which will be released on January 15, 2025.

  • What if I’m allergic to certain foods — can they be replaced?

    Yes. We’ve created a list of appropriate substitutions that you can use throughout the program.
